Corey J. Mehaffy joined the staff of Moberly Area Economic Development Corporation as the President of the organization in February of 2008. Corey is responsible for all economic development efforts including business retention & expansion, business attraction and entrepreneurship for the City of Moberly in Randolph County as well as Cooper, Monroe and Howard Counties. Corey has held several senior management positions in a variety of industries from banking to retail while owning several businesses. He is Grow Mid-Missouri’s Investor Coordinator.

David Gaines joined the staff of MAEDC as the organization’s Vice President in September 2010. Prior to joining the MAEDC team, Mr. Gaines served as the Executive Director for Montgomery City Growth, Inc. David has held management positions in varying industries including Economic Development, Financial Services and Broadcast Media. In addition, he is an entrepreneur, having started and successfully managed three small businesses. He is a founding member of the Northeast Missouri Development Partnership and continues to serve as a member of the Board of Directors. David serves as the Sponsor Coordinator for Grow Mid-Missouri.

Debbie Miller is the Executive Director of The Moberly Area Chamber of Commerce which encompasses Randolph County. Previously, Debbie worked for The Missouri Department of Economic Development covering a twenty-three county region as a Community Development Specialist. During this time she received certification as an Economic Development Finance Professional from The National Development Council. She has also worked in the Not-for-Profit sector as well and enjoys helping people and communities reach their full potential. Debbie is the Pathway Coordinator for Grow Mid-Missouri.

Diane Richardson is the Executive Director of Main Street Moberly, Inc.  Beginning with her career in the local Entrepreneurship and Small Business Technology & Development Center, Diane has been involved with Grow Mid-Missouri as Program Administrator and Coordinator. In 2013, Diane was a co-recipient of the 2013 Innovation Award from Moberly Area Community College for her participation in this program.  She is professionally and personally active in her hometown of Moberly.  Her mission is to enhance the community’s economic climate by educating and encouraging individuals to utilize the resources available to them.  Downtown revitalization and programming is where her focus lies – a successful business lends to the growth of an entire community.

Kiersten O’Dell is Owner/CEO of Silverlight Marketing Group and Market Street Floral, and loves every minute of it! She started her journey in Marketing at William Jewell College and went on to get her Masters at the University of Missouri. Through a series of jobs and work experiences, she has discovered a passion for being her own boss and running a company that helps people grow their businesses through marketing. Kiersten is Grow Mid-Missouri’s Event Coordinator.

Brian Skaggs is the Owner/CEO of the 413 Marketing Group and loves what he does! He has many talents and is truly an entrepreneur at heart. His dedication to helping others achieve success through marketing has made him a success. By knowing the trend better than the competitors, Brian is able to create advertising and marketing schemes for others using today’s latest word of mouth marketing strategies, social media and traditional marketing methods. He loves every minute of what he does and loves helping others grow. This is why Brian is Grow Mid-Missouri’s Social Media Coordinator.
